The VIP 12-week program is specifically designed in 3 phases. Each phase is 4 weeks long. Through each phase, your body will gradually transform – getting leaner and stronger every day.
Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4)
Your body has gotten used to carrying extra weight. It's time kick start that sluggish metabolism. In Phase 1, we lay down some groundwork, introducing high-intensity, fat-burning exercise, and healthy eating.
Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8)
Now we’re ready to do some serious transformation. Your metabolism is revved; you’ve been eating well, this is where the real change happens. In Phase 2, you’ll burn more calories and increase your energy.
Phase 3 (Week 9-12)
The hard part is behind you, but we’re not done. In Phase 3, we introduce balance – that happy place where exercise and clean eating meets real life. And real life calls for a cheeseburger once in a while! Here we take all the lessons and progress from Phase 1 & 2 to give you a roadmap for lasting results.

Forcegirls in this category are carrying extra weight, but may live in a “comfort zone” i.e. not too heavy, not too thin. It seems safe, but the comfort zone is a dangerous place because it can sabotage your fitness goals. Break free and finally get the body you’ve dreamed about.
THE EXTREME PLAN - <10 lbs. to lose
Are you a TOFI (thin outside, thin inside) girl? This starting place is for Forcegirls who are already thin but want to transform their physique by gaining lean muscle. Commit to this plan and you’ll turn your body from average to ripped in just 12 weeks.
